Our story
Built on a phone number people trusted
Shumac Property began with a small handful of rentals in Mogadishu and a simple promise: show people only what we have seen ourselves, and answer the phone when they call back. That promise is still the whole business.
Today we are the largest property company in Somalia. We rent family homes and apartments, we handle sales for buyers and sellers who need the documents checked properly, and we manage entire buildings for owners living here and abroad.
Our agents live in the districts they work in. They know which streets flood, which compounds have real security, and what a fair rent looks like this month — not last year.
